VIP Program at Planbet

The Planbet VIP program has 8 levels. All players start at Copper with 5% cashback. For every 130 BDT wagered in the casino, a player earns from 100 to 450 experience points (EP), depending on the current level. When the EP total reaches the threshold of the next level, the level goes up.

Each new level raises the cashback rate and shortens the accrual period. From Copper to Diamond, the cashback is calculated on net losses for the period. At the top VIP level the scheme changes: a small percentage is returned on every bet, whatever its result.

There is nothing to apply for: every registered user joins the program at the Copper level automatically. To move up:

1. Make a deposit and play casino games with real money.
2. Collect EP: 100 to 450 points for every 130 BDT wagered, depending on your level.
3. Reach the EP threshold of the next level: 300,000 EP for Bronze, 1,000,000 EP for Silver and up to 75,000,000 EP for the VIP level.

For sports betting there are separate offers, such as the weekly 3% sports cashback.

The main rules of the program:

• From Copper to Diamond, cashback is calculated on net losses: the difference between the amount staked in the casino and all winnings for the accrual period. If the result for the period is positive, there is no cashback;
• The accrual period gets shorter with each level: 7 days at Copper, 6 days at Bronze and so on, down to 1 day at Diamond and VIP;
• At the VIP level, cashback is paid on every bet regardless of its result: 0.25% on slots, 0.2% on lotteries, 0.1% on live dealer games and 0.05% on board games;
• Cashback is credited automatically and has no wagering requirements: it can be withdrawn or used for new bets.

Planbet may change the rates and levels of the program. The current terms are shown in your account; if something is unclear, ask the support team.

Besides the cashback, players of all levels can take part in the regular bonuses and promotions.

Two examples show how the cashback works:

• Gold level (8%, every 4 days). During the period you stake 10,000 BDT in the casino and win 6,000 BDT. Your net loss is 4,000 BDT, so the cashback is 8% of 4,000 BDT = 320 BDT. If your winnings had been higher than your stakes, there would be no cashback for this period;
• VIP level. You stake 10,000 BDT on slots. The cashback is 0.25% of every bet, so you get 25 BDT whatever the results of the spins.

Cashback is a partial refund, not a source of income. Play within a budget you can afford.
